- Account Registration
2.1 Account Creation:
To place orders, wholesale customers must create an account on the EcoSanitex website. Retail customers may choose to purchase as a guest, create an account online, or shop directly in-store.
2.2 Account Responsibility:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your online account information and ensuring that all details provided are accurate. Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to EcoSanitex immediately.
- Ordering and Payment
3.1 Order Process:
Orders can be placed via the EcoSanitex website, through direct communication with our sales team for wholesale purchases, or at EcoSanitex stores. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
3.2 Pricing:
Prices listed on the EcoSanitex website and in-store are inclusive of VAT for retail customers and exclusive of VAT for wholesale customers. Prices advertised online or in-store are offers that can be withdrawn before the goods are delivered or collected. Ordering online or purchasing in-store does not constitute acceptance of an order until the goods are delivered to the customer or collected by them.
3.3 Incorrectly Advertised Prices:
In the event of an erroneously advertised price on the website or in-store, such as a wrong sale price, the incorrect price does not constitute a bargain or an indication of the product’s actual price. Products will only be sold at the correct price determined by EcoSanitex.
3.4 Payment Methods:
We accept major payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal. For wholesale customers, payment terms may be arranged on a case-by-case basis. In-store purchases can also be made using cash or contactless payment methods.
3.5 Order Confirmation:
For online orders, you will receive an email confirmation upon successful order placement. For wholesale or in-store orders, receipts or invoices will serve as confirmation of purchase. Additional confirmation may be required for custom or bulk orders.

Standard delivery times range between 3-7 business days for retail orders and may vary for wholesale orders depending on the size and complexity of the order.
4.3 Shipping Costs:
Shipping fees are calculated based on order size, weight, and destination. These will be clearly displayed at checkout for online orders. For in-store purchases, customers are responsible for arranging transportation unless otherwise agreed.
4.4 Risk of Loss:
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery of goods to the specified address or collection from an EcoSanitex store.
