EcoSanitex Return Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
Retail Customers:
- Products can be returned within 14 days of delivery under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (CRD).
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Wholesale Customers:
- Returns are accepted for faulty or damaged products only. Notification of issues must be made within 7 days of receipt.
- Bulk orders are subject to review, and restocking fees may apply.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used consumables (e.g., paper towels, cleaning products).
- Custom or personalized orders.
- Clearance items or products marked as “final sale.”
3. Return Process
Initiate Your Request:
- Retail customers can request a refund directly from their My Account on the EcoSanitex website.
- Alternatively, contact us at ei.xetinasoceobfsctd-6f4d8a@sdnufer or call 0818 000 117 with your order number and reason for the return.
Inspection & Approval:
- Returns are subject to inspection. For retail customers, refunds are processed once the product passes inspection. For wholesale customers, replacement or credit is issued for approved claims.
Shipping Costs:
- Retail customers: If the return is due to a change of mind, you are responsible for return shipping costs. If the product is faulty or damaged, we will cover the shipping cost.
- Wholesale customers: Return shipping is at your expense unless otherwise agreed.
4. Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
5. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the issue.
- A refund will be arranged as per your preference.
6. Compliance with EU Consumer Laws
EcoSanitex adheres to the EU Consumer Rights Directive and other applicable Irish laws to ensure fair treatment of both retail and wholesale customers.

EcoSanitex Exchange Policy
1. Eligibility for Exchanges
Retail Customers:
- Exchanges are available for items of equal or greater value within 14 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Wholesale Customers:
- Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged products and must be requested within 7 days of receipt.
- Replacement items will be processed upon approval.
2. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be exchanged:
- Opened or used consumables (e.g., paper towels, cleaning products).
- Custom or personalized orders.
- Clearance items or products marked as “final sale.”
